The information is designed to ensure that you receive proper dental care at our office. Bring any insurance booklets or forms that you may have so we may assist you in filing your insurance claims.

Using all of our examination findings, we will develop a treatment plan that will restore your mouth to optimal health. All necessary treatment and fees will be discussed with you before any appointments are made. Please feel free to ask questions and make comments during all of your visits with us. In the interest of conserving your time, we will try to complete all treatment in as few visits as possible. Except for the emergency treatment of another patient, you can expect us to be prompt. With the recent advances in dentistry, we know that the great majority of our patients will be able to keep their natural teeth for a lifetime. Our goal is to help you and your family maintain healthy oral hygiene through restorative and preventative practice and training.
